I dropped off my car at the dealership at 7:00am the appointment was at 8:00am went to work and waited for 6 hours for the call from the advisor, after several voicemails and calls to the dealer finally he returned my call to give an unbelievable diagnostic, over $3500.00 and said are you going do the repairs or sell the car. I was not happy with his recommendations neither his suggestion.

Completely satisfied with my service experience with Matthew Garret. However, I am completely unsatisfied with my attempts to set up this recall service previously with Norm Reeves Honda Irvine. I called multiple times after initially receiving the recall notice in the mail only to be told that the part was not in stock. After two calls I was told to stop calling in and that Norm Reeves Honda Irvine would contact me when the part was in stock. I was not contacted for 7 months before I decided to call on again only to find out the part was in stock. Considering Honda's use of language regarding liability in the recall notice, I found Norm Reeves Honda Irvinew's complete lack of follow through in this incident disturbing and unprofessional.
