Took a video of a problem with our radio not working. Still under warranty as our Honda Pilot is only 1 yr. old and service could not fix the problem. Leather is wearing out on drivers side seat un evenly, Car is only 1 yr old and no where else on any other seat is showing signs of wearing out. Again found no problem. Was informed that window tint/food if found to be the cause of our windows sticking their is a $89 fee that would be charged to us. We have no tent on the windows and we don’t eat in our car. It kinda comical what is actually covered under warranty anymore. And yes our front windows are again showing signs of sticking on the way down. Even if I took a video of this problem, would it actually be fixed. Probably not.

They let me wait 2 hours and 30 minutes and at the end Juan Reyes said that my car had lot of miles and has to be inspected by an experienced person and will take more hours to wait until will be ready. First thing I called in advance and made an appointment which the person who helped me first said that my name was not in the list. Later Juan did the paper work for me but never explained that will take long time, another employee said that the car was ready but first I have to ask Juan but he told me No after all this time waiting there. Today I received a very bad service with this person, I never will trust you anymore to do the service on my car

person had some trouble hearing, needed me to repeat everything twice. Also mentioned that a lengthy phone call would be necessary in order for the service being performed to be free of charge. (The car simply needed a nail to be pulled from the rear tire.And patched up. Took about 2 hours and I paid $30. When I purchased the vehicle, the sales personnel had informed me that everything would be covered under the extended plan(coverage)that I bought along with the vehicle. Thank you

Juan did a great job giving the circumstances. I had a service and a low coolant warning last year. It took 1 hour to complete. Scheduling staff confirmed expectation when reservation made.
When I showed up, Juan informed me that it would take much longer. There was no loaner available. I couldnt secure a rental.I live 35 miles away.
The job ended up finished in 4 hours.
