I was told that my car will be ready in two hours, but I waited for three and half hour…I wish Brian could notify me while I was waiting. It took me almost six hours today for my services, not happy about it.

I wasn't satisfied with the way my total bill for the servicing, especially with the requirement of new battery as confirmed by the representative. According to my purchase date of the car, I was assured that a new battery was installed in 2019 which usually has a 5 year warranty. However, it was bad and had to be replaced within 3 years and less than 36000 miles. I hoped that I would not be charged for the same and it should be covered by Warranty but there was an additional charge of approx $175 that I had to pay. Please look into it and let me know if this charge can be adjusted or provide justification on the battery warranty if I'm missing something. Thank you and appreciate all your support.
