I was called to see if I wanted to put a new part in for my AC, I asked when would I be able to pickup my car if I did this, I was told Monday morning (it was Saturday) I said no that’s okay I’ll bring it back next week since I would need y car before Wednesday. I said I was coming to pick up the car. I arrived shortly after this phone call and since the service department was closed I went to the sale desk to get my keys, they did not have them and said they had no way to access them and I’d have to pick them up Monday, I find my car in the parking lot unlocked with only my house keys and was left without a car for 2 days. Then the condenser was not even put on.
This is absolutely ridiculous, when I asked the person the was helping me, Brian Patterson why this happened on the phone he did not respond and there was silence on the phone, when I arrived to pick up my car he had someone else help me out. This not only was terrible service but unbelievably disrespectful.
I will never return to Honda in Irvine as they do a below average job and even worse customer service. But if I was looking for astronomical pricing then they are the way to go.
