Upon rotating my tires a nail was discovered in my tire - I was told not fixable and you would sell me another tire at $295 cost I was surprised that I had NO INDICATION FROM VEHICLE NO SLERT so my reply was I’ll take car to Costco- they, Costco tested for air leak there was none they removed a small nail that DID NOT GO THROUGH TO INSIDD OF TIRE then… they retested the tire for leak NO LEAK NO NEED FOR A NEW TIRE- imagine that so while I expected the same level of service by you I DID NOT GET???
What surprised me most these tires are like new not 6 months old if my tire was purchased from Costco they’d replace the tire - I expected nothing less than that from HONDA - shame on you, you’re my local dealership I will now be looking for another place to service my vehicle- surprised and disappointed today shame on you! I am a returning Honda customer because of the service I have received previously from HONDA- makes me wonder if I made a mistake getting a Honda ???????????
