It would have been nice if I was given information when scheduling the maintenance service about all the recommendations ahead of time to select an appropriate day to bring in the car. Also, after dropping off with the service advisor, it would have been helpful to get a better quote in realistic time that the service would take. We were told probably Saturday and definitely completed by Monday. If we knew on Saturday that it would not be done until Tuesday,, we would have made arrangements differently so that we would not be without my car for an additional three days. As it was we were informed at 3pm on Monday and gave to change or schedule and errands a second time due to the delay and had figured out transportation for work the next day. The time was bad since it’s the start of a busy week and did not plan to start the week without transports or plan on picking up after work this week.

I read from the recall notice that time required to fix issue was 45 minutes to an hour. Upon making appointment I was told it could take up to 3 hours. Upon checkin I was told it would take up to 4 hours. I had already made plans to leave for Vegas after appointment. After 4 hours I called and was told it would be done in about another 1 1/2 hours. Clearly time management was not in the service plan. Very disappointed. Why did it take all day?
