I paid more for my new tires vs. Costco, and would expect that the car would be give back to me with 1) a car wash, and 2) the tires dressed!
COVID is over, so stop saying you cannot wash cars, you can clearly provide for other services, when you get paid.
Management and or the ownership team need to enhance the service experience to remain competitive!
Don’t reply with I am sorry, and it’s COVID, just stop, and start providing the next level of service, and don’t stop there!

When Matt called to tell me I needed two filters I agreed. I don’t know anything about cars. I feel stupid now for not asking how much it cost. When I learned that it was $132, I was shocked! I am not questioning whether it needed it or not. I just wish I had been forewarned.
