Matthew Garrett gets top marks in my book for how he handled himself and getting our CR-V serviced. The only problem was that it took a long time to have our car brought to us after payment for the services. My thought was that Tustin Nissan (for example) would have had the car ready to be driven away within two minutes, rather than the more than five it took at Norm Reeves.
