Hard to place any blame really because I cannot prove when my tire was slashed that day. I drove from my appointment to Bristol farm market for bread. As I was driving home, the low tire pressure indicator light came on and when I arrived home, I checked the tire and found the left front tire slashed.

Matt is the absolute best!! He is very kind, patient and knowledgeable.
I purchased my car from another dealership and always went to them to service my car. The first time the mechanic messed up, the problem was corrected. One month ago I had new brakes put on. As soon as I left the lot I knew something was wrong. I called the service advisor and he said it probably was because the brakes were new. A few weeks later the noise was so bad I took the car back. The service advisor took it for a test drive and said he couldn’t hear anything ( I was also in the car and heard the noise) and said my tires were not genuine Firestone brand and for me to replace the tires and get an alignment. I brought my car in your Irvine location and had a diagnostic test were I was told the bearings in my right wheel were failing. Thanks so much for a professional team!!!

For just a change oil and oil rotation it took 2.5 hours. I know everywhere is short staffed but that should be communicated to the customer that it would take that long and let them decide if they want to wait. I can go to other places like pep boys and get done in half and hour with less money. You make yourself not competitive by making customers wait for basic service.
