Delano was an excellent customer service representative. He was professional and kind. My car was returned in good fashion. However, the inspection noted that my break fluid needs immediate attention yet nobody mentioned it to me during check out? My breaks are brand new checked above 6mm. Please can you explain the test of the break fluid? I’ve only had the car serviced at Honda dealerships. It is certified preowned. Break fluid replacement is recommended every 3yrs? I have only done two oil changes since I’ve owned the vehicle at the dealer recommended changes? Again exceptional customer service, but lacked in the technical explaination when returning the car to the customer. Pleasantly surprised by the cost of the oil change.

My service advisor did a good job, but someone there lost one of my wheel locks and tried telling me I came in that way. Which it’s impossible unless Honda makes wheel locks that fall off on their own.
