Brandon was able to do something that no one else has done for me in my last 5 visits with Service. He did a firmware upgrade. I’ve asked Honda several times if they could do this but the answer was always no. I’m hoping that this upgrade has fixed my CR-V’s problems.

My experience with Ammed Hussein was extremely helpful. He did a really good job answering all my questions. And I believe the mechanic who worked on my vehicle put all the effort on it as well, but sadly the lights came up again while driving back. I will give them a call tomorrow.
