Didn’t honor my requests or follow directions. I was willing to let it go as a misunderstanding after speaking with Kevin (someone who I have known a longtime and respect, but then when I picked up my Fit it had dirty hand prints all over the passenger seat. I showed them to Nate, and he said he was sorry, but come on. I know how to change fluids, but I don’t mind paying for convenience and and expertise. It isn’t convenient when I have to vacuum and spot clean the upholstery after a service. I had the same issue with my Clarity a few months back, but I didn’t complain at that time. However, the experience of dirty, oily hand prints on the interior of my Clarity is exactly the reason why I requested that no one check my cabin air filter in my Fit. I didn’t want to have to clean up dirty and grease.
