I had an excellent experience with Ameed Hussein today. From the moment i pulled in to the service bay at Norm Reeves Irvine, he greeted me right away, asked about my concerns for the visit, and summarized everything I wanted to do for my car service and also suggested things I was not aware of. He was professional and courteous and checked up on me multiple times as I waited for my vehicle to complete the service.
