I have found documented analysis from a lawsuit in the mid west that details exactly what happened to my CRV. I did get warranty coverage and a rebuilt motor. But… I basically paid all my equity from my lease. The math definitely is in your favor. My lease ends in August. 9 payments to go. I spoke with the sales manager Saturday. He was a good rep for your company as well as Alex. And I should say the rest of the team at the service desk, the guy next to Alex

I was a little surprised and disappointed that thr Lyft/shuttle service is only offered as a one way service. That makes it extremely difficult to get back to the dealership and is something to consider when determining where to have my car serviced. It’s another fee that has to be considered on the customers end. I hope management reconsiders this policy.
