I recently had the pleasure of working with Nathaniel at the car service center, and I must say that he went above and beyond to ensure my experience was top-notch. Nathaniel was not only knowledgeable about the service I needed, but he was also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.
What stood out the most about Nathaniel's service was his excellent communication. From the moment I arrived at the center, he took the time to explain the diagnosis process and answer any questions I had. He kept me updated throughout the day on the progress of my car's service and provided clear and detailed explanations of any issues that were found. Nathaniel even took the time to show me pictures of the problem areas on my car, which I found extremely helpful.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Nathaniel's professionalism, expertise, and customer service skills. He made what could have been a stressful and frustrating experience into a pleasant and informative one. I was satisfied with the work done, but I could tell that my car window had been left open as the doorhandle was full of water and also the lower space on the door was wet. We’ve had a lot of rain in California and apparently they didn’t roll the windows up all the way, also I’m not sure whether they actually tried to put a plastic piece that had come off on the bottom of the my car that I asked them to put on. I felt that the follow through wasn’t there and they said they couldn’t put it on and that I would have to buy a new one. I wasn’t satisfied with that but I was satisfied with the work they did on the electrical .
