I feel deceptive. It might have something to do the knowledge the stuff has. The service stuff (Brandon and Matthew) have been professional and patient. However, I was told a different story from different people. My car has a problem that fits Honda bulletin about defects on the tailgate handle switch. Brandon told me that it would get a free fix if it's diagnosed with the same as the bulletin. Thus I signed to have my car diagnosed. However, I was told that it's not free even it is diagnosed fitting the bulletin description of the issue(and it was diagnosed to be the same issue indeed). I won't agree to get charged if this is the outcome.
