Brandon was awesome and I have another appointment to make with him on another project with the sealing or whatever with the paint protection I bought when I purchased the vehicle from my lease. He’s friendly, honest and took all of my concerns down then repeating so if I had thought of something else we could discuss. See you all soon on my next day off. Ameed was great, I appreciate his level of customer service. But I made an appointment at 12:45, even showed up a little earlier. But my car was not ready until past 5:00pm. I noticed that the initial inspection report was completed shortly after 1pm but I didn't get a text to provide next steps until after 2pm. Regardless, after I provided an update to move forward in servicing the brakes, it still took past the estimated time that was communicated to me. I've never had this happen before at other Honda dealerships so I'm hoping this was just an "off" day since it's only our 2nd time servicing here.
