I paid for coolant service flush and fill. When I drove my car back home I noticed the temperature gauge was at hot. When I opened the coolant reservoir, it was bone dry. I want a full refund back because you have lost my trust. I need to take my car at a different dealership to recheck your work.

I fixed my car two months ago and I have spent 3000$ But the alignment was not done or was not correct,my car was going to left and right when I was driving also my car was shaking.yesterday after three hours of waiting they gave me back the car ,said just did alignment, that is not fair after three hours waiting .

Professionalism while maintaining customer interaction and getting to know not just the Honda I brought in but the customer themselves. For the mechanic that worked on my Honda, Alex ****, did an amazing job with the maintenance of my vehicle; giving feedback and a in depth multi point inspection of my vehicle. Not only that but the video I received back was informative. Great job from both employees definitely the best interaction I got from the both of them!

I would have liked more updates throughout the day about the status of my vehicle. It was dropped off at 9am and I called twice and texted to finally received a response back at 4pm. My repair ended up being covered by extended warranty so was no charge but if I had to pay and didn't have any updates I would have been very upset. It's good customer service to keep your clients updated.

They never called me. They representative told me he'd call me with an hour and a half after dropping it off. I tried calling the service center after three hours. Someone told me he couldn't get through to the service center, but they'd call me back. Again, no one did. Finally, I got emails saying my car was complete, about four hours after I dropped it off (for an oil change!) The emails were helpful, but a simple call would've been much more appreciated. When I came to pick my car up, it was filthy. The associate said, "We washed your car." I was like, "really?" Then he says, "Oh yeah, it's really dirty." Not great

We were out here on vacation, and had a problem with our car. At first we were told we were not going to be able to be helped due to already scheduled appointments. It was the day before we had to go home and Ameed Hussein stepped up and said he would help us. He told us it would take probably about four hours to diagnose and then if they had the parts they could fix it. Turned out to be an easy fix and we are so grateful that Ameed stepped in to help us.
