I drive Lyft and it is beyond not normal practice to only give rides one way. Also strange to not tell people as creates a customer expectation. I had no idea to arrange another ride back.

Had to pay for a diagnostic fee when the problem was found because of a faulty part in the AC unit that I had a problem with before. But since I didn’t get the expensive repair needed still had to pay the diagnostic fee. With the problem being found I was disappointed that the diagnostic fee was not at least reduced because the problem is present. Also, the AC having problems in the past and being known by Honda I feel that there should be better service for it given the AC isn’t heavily used and has had multiple issues. Will not be coming back to this dealership in the future for service.

Not happy with Honda service. Honda dud not notify us when they got the parts for our vehicle. AND by the time we took it back in, our insurance closed the case & Honda didn't contact them to reopen it.
