Had to pay for a diagnostic fee when the problem was found because of a faulty part in the AC unit that I had a problem with before. But since I didn’t get the expensive repair needed still had to pay the diagnostic fee. With the problem being found I was disappointed that the diagnostic fee was not at least reduced because the problem is present. Also, the AC having problems in the past and being known by Honda I feel that there should be better service for it given the AC isn’t heavily used and has had multiple issues. Will not be coming back to this dealership in the future for service.
