Arbenz Anton was difficult to contact regarding status of my vehicle. He told me it would take 2 hrs and after 2 hrs, I didn’t hear from him. After waiting at his desk for 15-20 mins, another adviser had to jump in to assist me.

Alexander is an extremely nice and helpful service rep. He was responsive and timely with trying to resolve the issue with (1) the technician calling in sick after I had arrived and (2) the wrong part after I showed up for second appt.
