I rarely comment on surveys sent by companies about their products, service or personnel. I would be remiss if I did not mention the excellent experience I had at Norm Reeves Honda yesterday. I have become accustomed to Honda’s written assessment of my car’s current condition, the work performed and future maintenance alerts. But I wasn’t expecting the exceptional customer service I received from Delano Nichols. He couldn’t have been a better combination of efficient, professional and personable. He made an otherwise tedious experience a pleasure.
