I had an accord for 10 years and switched lots of Honda dealers….Until I found Kevin at Norm Reeves many years ago the it was time for a new car and I bought another Honda ( new 2018) and that was because of Kevin!!!! Now that he is promoted, I sometimes have questions about my car that I want to discuss with him ….and also my son’s car…..so I’ve had good experiences with the other service writers…..this last visit was with Shaun and he was very helpful and accommodated me with getting my car taken care of…..in general I find Norm Reeves to be the best service department I’ve dealt with for myself and my son Gregory!!!!
