Been there twice. You overbook service. Appointment at 4. Out a 5:10. For an oil change. Ridiculous. Also the technician turned my light switch off, amongst other issues. Why? Unfortunately I paid a service provider to “fix” my ac system but they removed the warranty piece and now I will have to pay even more money to have it repaired. It does not seem fair as a consumer to have to continually pay to have something repaired. Matthew was very helpful and understanding. He provided me with a lot of useful information. However after spending hundreds of dollars already to have someone fix the ac system you provided. It is not worth spending more.
