Mayhieu was very helpful. However, he needs a better desk phone. He tried calling me to let me know the status of my car. He left me a message, but I never got it. Luckily, he called an hour later and got hold of me.

Once you got my approval to do the work on my vehicle, THEN the parts needed were checked only to find out that they were not in stock. Shouldn’t that be included in the conversation with the customer so that they have a better understanding of how long the vehicle work will take? My car was supposed to be done in 1 day but took 3. When I dripped it off on my BIRTHDAY, I said I would love a free car wash. When I picked it up on the 3rd day, the car wasn’t washed and I had to wait while they scrambled to do it. Of course at that point it was sloppy. For my first time coming here, I’d say it didn’t leave a very good impression.
