Honda no longer returns vehicles washed, after service. Honda does not update GPS. Honda does not service brake squeals.All those need to be addressed to the management before Honda wins again. Alexander Heckman is a great service representative and I truly enjoyed the manner by which he greeted ma and respectfully completed the service on my car from the start to finish.

Hello! I came in for an oil change 10/12/23 and was told that I needed a brake fluid replacement due to my car being 2 years old. My car has only 4000 miles on it, but when I asked whether brake fluid is affected by mileage, I was told that only the age of the car matters. I did end up paying for the brake fluid replacement.
All of my research since then has pointed to the fact that both mileage and car age determine whether brake fluid needs to be replaced, and that I was convinced to pay for a service I would not need for a couple more years. As a young woman, I'm always nervous about being taken advantage of as a customer, and I'm disappointed to have had my trust broken by an employee here.
