Nathaniel and his manager went above and beyond to help me with all my concerns.
I had mistakenly thought my car was damaged in the process but they helped me realize it was not. Their friendly approach and attentiveness is very appreciated.
I love this location and will forever be their customer. I’m also very happy with the shuttle service provided. They pay out of pocket to provide a Lyft if their shuttle is running late. That means the world to me.

I have been with Michael Fernandez at RSM Honda for years. I switched to Michael after having bad experiences with 2 different Service gentleman there. Michael is very honest and knowledgeable about cars and cares about the quality of service you receive.

Delano did a great job communicating with me about the status of my vehicle. I’m very upset about the Honda brand battery issues, but that’s not his fault. Delano was great, knowledgable, and very professional.
Honda should be ashamed of itself for manufacturing low-grade batteries that don’t even last a full year.
