I waited for Service for about 4 1/2 hours without a message from the Service guy and then when I picked up the car, I was told that it would need a part to be ordered and I’ll have to come back later etc. It didn’t even seem busy… it was pretty disorganized and haphazard! This is the 3rd thing go wrong in a row: AC/ visor/ odometer… I much prefer Alexander H to help me , if possible please
