I brought my car in for a recall repair. But when I came in they said it was too fast and Honda didn’t make recall kits or know if my car is affected. The service agent did a good job of explaining it. I am just frustrated that I didn’t get notified about that. I just got a notification that my car has a recall, so I scheduled an appointment. It messed up my plans for the day because my wife drove there to pick me. So then I was late for my next meeting because I had to drive home to drop my car off. So it was 2 wasted trips for gas and time for me and my wife’s car. I don’t have anything negative for the dealership or service representative. The issue is with the Honda app and the information I was given about the recall.

This is the 3rd time replacing the fuel injectors of my car. The 1st time at 35k. The 2nd time at 135k. This 3rd time happened at 154k miles. I've always brought my car in to the service center trusting that they will provide the best service and parts. The 2nd set of fuel injectors didn't even last 25k miles and Honda refused to cover any of the cost. I may have been less unsatisfied if they told us right away but we had to wait for 2 weeks for Honda's response only to find out that they are not gonna cover any of cost. I appreciate Michael help throughout this entire process but I'm definitely not satisfied with the overall experience.
