Upon meeting Mayhieu Morales, he greeted himself and was professional, positive, and attentive. I brought it in for a regular oil change plus the A1,2 serve & a tire balance but in addition had a concern about the steering wheel. He listened to my concern regarding my vehicle. He was able to find a solution after communicating with the skillful mechanic (the “expert”). A big thank you “shout out” to the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, Honda Accord gray 2018 -4 door; I appreciate the mechanic’s skill ability, cleanliness, and professionalism. Sometimes the great skillful mechanics don’t get enough credit but also wanted to include him because he was the one that fixed the issue.
My Honda Accord, since I purchased it from the Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Irvine, has been serviced at this same location. Thank you to everyone, from the guys that greet you to the person that return the car.

Nathaniel keeps a professional demeanor no matter what is thrown at him. I asked about the seals for my car because they showed up on my invoice but the car showed them not replaced. He said they showed by his technician to be replaced and then went to his manager and double checked and found out it was not replaced as the seal went with the door panel. So he removed it and made everything right.
Laughs at my corny jokes so that’s a plus as customers are not always funny such as myself. Fast to respond to email and text and knew right away who I was when I called and which car was mine.
Would definitely come back to this dealership as everyone was very nice and it felt genuine.
