I asked for my car to be cleaned per the warranty that I have and I didn’t have any services scheduled so they didn’t do the interior deep clean that I’m paying for in the extended warranty. I didn’t complete the other repairs as I would rather get new rims and tires but it was upsetting that the service that I asked for and am already paying for was not performed.
