Stephen was quick, helpful, admitted that he was new and wanted to double check the service I was requesting, and kept me apprised of me vehicle’s status. He also let me know about a broken engine mount, suggesting that I get it fixed while getting the timing belt taken care of, without being pushy; this is the type of service that I hope to encounter, and typically do at Irvine Honda

I will be contacting the service department supervisor to report that after my service I noticed my coolant level at below the minimum level and no one mentioned it or even bothered to top it off. Very disappointing!

A1, 2 maintenance. Alex indicated 2 hrs for oil change, tire rotation and filter inspection and changes. Seems like a long time for that given the apptment was made days prior. Left and came back at 2+ hrs...still not done. About 3 hrs for those routine items. Could have gone to America's Tire for free tire rotation, and Jiffy Lube in under 30 min.
