I found the plastic steering wheel cover on the floor of the passenger side. When I got home the low tire pressure light came on. I find this completely unsatisfactory due to the fact that part of the service provided was to rotate my tires and check the pressure. If the light comes on because it needs to be reset that is also a task the service personnel should have completed.

Nathaniel was an awesome customer service person. However, after 5 visits and no one was able to find out how or why the clanking sounds occur. No fault to anyone, just frustrated with not able to find out why these sounds can be found and eliminated.
