I needed two lengthy repairs on my vehicle where I was under a time constraint to get my vehicle back. One of the parts was not in stock at the dealership. Mike procured the part from another dealership and managed to get both repairs done in one day. Mike has been my service advisor for almost 8 years, going back to his time at another Honda dealership. When Mike relocated to Norm Reeves Honda I followed him there to have my two Hondas serviced with Mike at Norm Reeves.
