it would be helpful to receive timely notification of any issues found during the inspection. During my past two visits, the service manager notified me of the issues when it was time to settle the bill and get my car. This led me to stay longer than anticipated or not fix the issue due to time constraints. Other than that, I’m generally satisfied with this location. The service managers and technicians are usually friendly and helpful. Service and repairs are usually done within a reasonable time.

You can tell Jacob cares about his customers based on his follow thru and attention to detail He’s as cool as they come and always friendly. I always feel comfortable coming to this Honda location because I noticed everyone is always so helpful. I wish I knew the technicians name that serviced my vehicle but if you could please give him a shout out as well I would really appreciate it.
