I arrived at the center at 4pm without an appointment. I stood there and almost no one came to ask me. Until Gerardo took the initiative and asked me if I needed help. He patiently told me that walk in was stopped after 4pm because the center closed at 6pm. He also helped me to make an appointment for the next day. Everything went smoothly. He was very nice. I will come back to the center again.
