Oscar was amazing. Super sweet and friendly and was able to answer all my questions. Where the dissatisfaction comes from is after I received my car. To start off, when I came in I had some concerns with my car aside from the oil change I was scheduled for. My concerns were brushed off like it was no big deal. That’s fine I can always make another appointment. After I got my keys back, I opened my car door and this god awful smell came from it. It was like a mix between someone’s body odor and old food. There was also a half drank water bottle sitting in my car, which was not mine. The smell is still lingering in my car and I had to go buy air freshener for it. As someone who works in customer service, I feel as though this issue needs to be addressed. There shouldn’t be someone’s trash left in my car. Also, the smell is just nasty. Again, Oscar was wonderful and definitely made my experience good while I was at Honda today. I hope this matter will be addressed as I wouldn’t want anyone else to be in the situation I was in today. Thank you
