Teresa was amazing I appreciate her friendliness and service! My issue is with the service performed. My report indicated that my battery was in the green but 8 days after this service my battery died. From looking at the battery itself I do not believe they tested it at all. It would take less than a minute to check the voltage emitting from the battery to identify an issue and the fact that this was not done is disappointing and leaves me wondering how thorough the technicians were with the other services performed or if these were performed at all.
