The shuttle service was unusually slow. Otherwise, I would be fully satisfied. My vehicle was done at 11:55 am and the shuttle called me at 1:30 to tell me they were on their way just as my Uber arrived. I paid 9.00 to Uber to the service center after waiting over 1.5 hours for the shuttle.
Also, an hour into my wait for the shuttle, I sent a text to my service person, wi no response.
These add up to inconvenience and lack of responsiveness despite everyone else’s efforts.
