Oscar Moguel provided me with the best service I have had at any dealership. He took the time to explain what work my car needed, showed me how to reset my tire pressure sensor and reassured me that my car was in great hands with the Honda technicians. After the work was done he went over the paper work with me and asked if there was anything else he could assist me with. From beginning to end, he made me feel welcomed and comfortable enough to admit I didnt know how certain things worked. He is a great asset to your dealership!

I stopped to get a battery for my Honda Fit 2105 Fob and Hector Gonzales came out to my car with me after putting the battery chip in to make sure it worked. I had told him the last few days the push button start just took 4 or 5 times to start the car so I thought the Fob needed a battery. He pushed the start button and nothing happened. Right away he said it was the start button and there had been reported problems so again he tried and nothing. He immediately said Freeeway Honda would fix it right now and for my own safety to please let him fix the start and he got me a transport to work. He reviewed my Honda Care warranty and All was covered his biggest concern was that I would have been stranded alone with a car that he knew the problem by testing it himself and those 20 extra minutes he took I’m certain saved me a bad experience of that happening. Hectors customer servuve went over and above standards and I am really grateful for a guy like Hector who was genuinely worried about my safety. I mean I thought I just needed a fob battery.. and probably another Dealer would have not tested it so Freeway Honda remains my car care center... and my Honda Fit was ready in under 3 hours which is superb service.
