He was very professional, knowledgeable and very polite as well. I want to trust him and all the mechanics as far as doing not just the job right but also doing everything I paid for. I’m not trying to be rude, but this is based on bad experiences that I had in the past with other Honda dealerships. I know it takes time to get to know the person to be able to really trust him or her and I’m willing to do that. Thank you and Merry Christmas to all of you.

I think Honda was responsible was damaging/breaking my splash guard underneath my vehicle. After an investigation by John Boyer, the Service Manager, it was “inconclusive”. However, my vehicle had $2,00.00 worth of work done on it. The mechanic went over it with a fine-tooth comb. If it was indeed damaged prior to being brought to Honda, which did the mechanic not catch it? Or say anything? The “compromise” was I pay 1/3 of the cost, but I still had to bring my car back a 2nd time and not have a car. Also, the idle and timing had to be re-set after the $2,000.00 repair. Another trip to the dealer without my car. This was just a big pain and inconvenience for me. However, ERIK was great!
