I brought my Pilot in regarding the emission system warning. I left the vehicle all day.The agent said it was checked and fixed. Two hours later it’s back on again. Dealership obviously did an unsatisfactory job. Now I have to bring it back for another day and drive until you’re open again.

I wasn’t satisfied took in my car to get front grill replace and after the techs were done working my car had some scratches on the paint and on the top piece of plastic on top of the grill I am really upset with this incident that happened today and will be waiting to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I went in with a problem that I have never dealt with over the last 7 years I had my car. It was a problem shortly my recent oil change with honda freeway. Instead of being helpful, the blame was put on me. I haven't even drove my car for the few weeks I was gone out of the country. I felt like the blame was rather put on me by just pointing out a flaw in my car near that happened to be near the problem area that I might have just had over the 7 years I had my car. I walked out of there not satisfied at all. Instead of trying to help me out, I was told you don't need that piece to function your car. I felt like they took a lazy approach to the problem by just saying we can remove it rather than being helpful.

I am absolutely disappointed with my service. Oscar treated me as if I didn’t know what I was talking about when I explained what was wrong with my vehicle. He suggested a service that my friend could have done for a fraction of the cost. Not to mention he didn’t even come remotely close to figuring out what was wrong. No diagnostic test was completed. He didn’t even document the original issue I came in for. I’m shocked. I spent the next 3 weeks driving with zero oil in my car and potentially did irreversible damage to my car. He just lost major business for freeway Honda. Myself, my family and everyone in my network will be hearing about this, especially if my engine suffers even worse damage due to the negligence shown on this visit.
Jeffery has been helping in the interim and I’m appreciative of his support but I will never take my car back to this location due to the awful service I received.
