I brought my car in for a B1 service but there were also several indicator lights on when turning my car on. This may be my fault, because I didn’t mention them, but I thought that someone would come and talk to me about the lights but there was no mention made of them. I feel silly for not saying anything, but I just kind of assumed that since I was taking my car in for service, they would a least be looked at. No one went over the details of the services performed with me either, which usually happens before the car is released to me. I’ve been coming to Freeway Honda for over 10 years and I’ve never felt so disconnected; my name wasn’t even spelled correctly on the paperwork. I guess I’ll be going to a different Honda service center to see why my indicator lights are going off.

I had an appointment, yet My car was not tended to for 90 mins. Why did I have an appt then? When “complete”, I was told they had my car out for a test drive when actually it was still in the bay. When the gentleman pulled it out for me, I asked him if it would be getting a test drive. He didn’t have an answer other than if I found anything wrong with it to bring it back. Then, I went to check out and the cashier tried to charge me $199 instead of $119. So glad I caught it! No apology was given. While waiting for my car, I went to look at the hybrid and electric models. Your salesman told me you didn’t have any because this dealership didn’t receive many, but the nice young lady at the desk ltold me there was one right outside the door and pointed the way. Actually, there were three out there. Lousy customer service all around!

No explanation over any finding or observations as result of service.
Honda freeway is the only dealer who doesn’t wash the car as part of service, I remember it was suspended due draught , but now should be done .
You should implement best practices as other dealers who send you videos of vehicle screening as they are doing service .
