I was given several repair recommendations for consideration on my vehicle. I asked the service department employee to give me prices on each recommended service & he said he would. When I returned later to pick up my vehicle he wasn't available & I was told to see the cashier & that they would have my paperwork. I received the paperwork from the cashier, but most of the recommendations didn't have price quotes next to them. Jose mentioned that prices could change but he told me he would quote me today's price in writing and he didn't do that for most of the recommendations. I don't appreciate it when someone tells me one thing and does another.

Is it possible to alert me when the vehicle is ready pick up. I was told they would tell me but they never did. I was waiting an extra 30 mins after it was ready. I saw honda representatives approach customers and would notify them when the vehicle was ready.
