I brought my Odyssey in Wednesday morning for service and picked our car up Thursday morning and the first thing I heard was the AC fan make a humming noise. My 4 year old asked me immediately “mommy what’s that noise?” So I took a video and texted Erik…. No reply. So I called and left a message. I called again Friday, Saturday and Monday. No one told me Erik was out of town. So I called Tuesday now very upset and a nice lady told me Erik is on vacation. I believe Hector told me I could bring it in Tuesday before 2 to have it looked at. Every time we bring our car in for service there is a problem, I actually dread bringing my car in for service because I never know what to expect. Now again I have dropped my car off to have it looked at. 2x in less than a week.
