I have been taking my car for repairs for quite some time and this was the only time I felt well taken care of. Oscar Mogel was respectful and patient with my lack of knowledge of car trouble. When I called to let him know I needed the car earlier than I requested he arranged everything so the pickup and check out process would be as quick as possible so I would pick up my kids from school on time. He was very kind and explained everything. This was the first excellent customer service experience I’ve ever had at this auto repair shop. He deserves a bonus! He will definitely be our to go person for all our car needs from now on. ????

You guys are useless. Had my car for 6 hours and couldn’t figure out what’s wrong with it. Brought my car in today because I was hearing a noise when going slow and turning the wheel. Made an appointment for 8AM and showed up on time. Was told I'd get a call once they diagnose the issue and we'd go from there. It wasn't until 2PM that I received a call saying they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and if I wanted to go there to show the technician when it makes the sound. 6 hours it took for you to tell me you couldn't find the issue. What a waste of my time. I came here because it was the closest dealership to me but definitely not coming here anymore. Save your time and money and go somewhere else!
