I’m always satisfied with the service itself, but the person who answers the phone for reservations is very rude. This has happened more than once. It really ruins the experience. The phone representative is the face of the company, so I don’t understand why they would treat customers like that.

Service was fine. I had a coupon for $84 for an oil change and tire rotation. I was told $8 would be added due to the type of car I brought in. I brought in a Honda Accord. Please fix the coupon so the price is consistent.

I didn’t receive any additional help to solve the problem. You need to understand that I have a limited time and if I need that you check my car for one issue is because the quality of the components of the car not is my fault.
