My visit to the dealer was for an oil change, everything was fine up to that point. When I picked up my car, they brought it to me with a flat tire. When I looked at the screw, I saw that it was too far out. It was impossible that I hadn't noticed. I used the freeway to get to the dealership. The strange thing was that when I was waiting for them to deliver the car, there were some people ahead of me and they also brought them their car with a screw. And the screw was also too far out. The people said they would be better off patching it somewhere else. They asked me if I knew of a place. If I had grabbed the screw on the street or on the freeway, the screw would have been right in, you could see it sticking out. This was the last time I'm going to spend money there with you guys. I don't plan on going back. I even had an appointment with the sales department because my lease ends soon and I was thinking of leasing another Honda, but after this, I'm thinking of going somewhere else. Please don't contact me because I don't plan on ever working with you guys.
