My car have issues problem before the warranty expires they fixed, and I though was good after that I did back for the same problem and they fixed now my warranty is expired you guys don’t want to fix and the worst thing the problem is related with same problem my car have the issues and Matthew I feel he doesn’t care I haven’t heard anything from him and is more the 15 days, how can I trust in Honda company if you guys don’t care about the customers !!! And the past we bought 4 cars from Honda new ones now my mind have a change I will not recommend you guys or Honda company!!

I have paid $92.10 for A1/B1 Basic Service (Invoice #: C07091), which should include tire rotation. Having previously been cheated by another Honda Dealer in the area, I had marked my tires before the service to see whether the Freeway Honda technicians are honest. Guess what?! The tires were not rotated, although I have been re-assured by the Service Adviser Erick in opposite. Now, I have legit reason to suspect that the other services/replacements were not done either. If no resolution is found, I will leave negative comments on yelp.com and notify BBB. Thanks.
