Erick was efficient and well spoken. I hung out as my vehicle recall had a software update and could tell the place was busy. I noticed the guy who checked me in also was helping someone else out change a tire a little later. I didn’t get his name but he deserved a raise. Also the guy who was doing my update was obviously multitasking and helping multiple customers at once. Love that ****. He deserves a raise too.
