Came in for a flat tire fix and my tires were rotated but the flat was not fixed. Please advise on how to go about the situation

I’m not happy at all, when i came and asked Michael how long will take to fix it he said will get the parts in two days that’s was in May 15th and till May 24th didn’t call me anyone, and I didn’t like his attitude.
And he said will charge you $170 if we did the inspection and you don’t want to fix the car here, I didn’t like the way how he say it. He wasn’t helpful and I’ll never show up in this location anymore
My friend went to different location they were so helpful and they gave him a loaner .
